SCSA Executive Committee Meetings are held at the SCSA Clubhouse on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 PM (January is an exception). Executive Committee Meetings are open to all members. Please contact the President to have an item added to the agenda. Please check the SCSA Calendar for any changes to meeting times or dates.

The SCSA Annual Meeting is open to all members and includes a free dinner prior to the meeting. This meeting is typically held in January, date to be decided, check the SCSA Calendar in December. This meeting provides an update for the previous year and planning for the upcoming year .
