Membership Renewal

SCSA Annual/Family and Junior Memberships are for the period beginning on the date of purchase and ending on the same month and day exactly one year later (membership expiration date). If an Annual/Family Membership is not renewed, the electric gate keycard associated with the membership will be inactivated on the expiration date.

Renewals must be made by completing the membership application form and associated waivers and paying the renewal fee at our SCSA membership vendors, at the SCSA clubhouse, or with the SCSA Caretaker. Processing of the renewal including updating the expiration date in the electric gate system may take up to two weeks. All Annual/Family Members are encouraged to renew their membership several weeks prior to the expiration date to avoid a pause in their ability to access the SCSA ranges through the electric gate, that may occur if they wait until the last minute.

All memberships renewed prior to the expiration date, will be credited to begin on the expiration date and end on the same month and day exactly one year later. For example, a membership having an expiration date on 9/1/23 but renewed on 8/1/23 will not expire until 9/1/24.
